See the Sound - Visual Phonics materials

Every trainer will have copies of the following materials at the seminar you attend. Many will also have them available for purchase. They are listed here so that you can get a basic idea of the variety and cost.

The "Visual Phonics Notebook" or the "Visual Phonics Cards" are all you need to teach the beginning parts of the program.

The Dictionary is all you need to teach the comprehension parts of the program.

All the other materials are designed to make teaching the program easier and more fun. We have produced those materials that over the years teachers would rather buy than produce themselves. There are templates on the CDs for games, and worksheets. The font CD allows you to create your own materials. Teachers may copy and create any materials for their own use and/or the use of their students without copyright concerns. Other than for this purpose it is a violation of copyright to copy, distribute or sell anything with the Visual Phonics symbols without written permission from ICLI.

Scholarly publications need written permission to include the Visual Phonics symbols (we always grant it, it just needs to be in writing for everyone's protection).

To make yourself eligible to purchase materials you must be trained by a licensed trainer. After your training you may order anytime. Address all orders to Becky in the shipping department.

It has always been ICLI's policy to sell materials only to those who understand how to use them. This helps maintain the integrity of the program and discourages the wasteful proliferation of materials no one uses. This policy has never made us rich, but many who bought materials in 1982 are still using them today.
